I checked on fitday. This lean steak seems an amazing thing to add in a diet for not sure cut or bulk.

Its all nice and all but i was wondering How exactly would you cook this? Im no chef and Im lost in this one. And do you think its a good food to add for cutting..
Just one question. Our body is known to make the 20 essential proteins out of 28. DOes anyone know the names of the other 8 proteins, or where exactly to look for them.

Thanks Nigeepoo.
And i saw this on fitday so I am adding it to my diet, It has most of what I need in my diet and low fat. If i add this, my cut diet becomes balanced and proper.
I'll try and ask for help on how to cook this from foods teacher.

EDIT: I know how it looks when its cooked, cant describe it.

I'm guessing that a lean steak is a steak with all the visible fat removed.

True. But it seems like most good steaks are easier to cook. I had a giant Top Sirloin last weekend. How is that anyway? As far as a cut, etc. It didn't matter because it was pretty much a cheat meal. I have a steak every Sunday, but was curious what the better cuts would be as for health wise.

The best way to cook a steak at home:
-heat a tefflon frying pan for five minutes
-throw salted & peppered steak on the surface for about 45 seconds per side; this sears the steak and forms a gentle crust
-take it off the frying pan
-let frying pan cool
-fry on medium flame for 3-4 minutes per side
**don't add any oil. you can cut off a piece of fat from the steak and let it melt and use that instead of oil
the better the cut the more fat it has in it.
ex porterhouse nice and fat
ex london broil very lean

I wanted to hear what kind of steak too.
I was at the store the other day buying Salmon and I passed by the beef section. God damn, they always look so tasty. Anyway, what were the best kinds of steaks to get? Ill ask you since jodi loves me so much its cooked into hatred.
