No that is not a good cereal at all. Fiberone, All Bran, Kashi (watch for the soy) Uncle Sam are good cereals.

Beef jerky should only be used in a pinch when you have no other food and should not be part of a daily diet. It has way too much sodium.

I love Kashi. The Cinnamon Harvest rules but it seems to have a lot of sugar.

Careful of that stuff though. It's mostly soy.

I probably haven't eaten a box in two months. If I get a box I will eat the whole thing at once so I just don't buy it.

I like that one a lot too. But like I said, I just quit buying them because if I do I will eat the whole box, so I just stick to oats. I used to eat those Kashi granola bars (or whatever they are too), and I pretty much pass on those too.

Kashi Wild Blueberry Cereal - forget the actual name.

Same deal though, I don't buy it - I always ended up eating at least 1/2 the box in a sitting

That one is also good. Only half though? I wish I had that problem!
