    So they are great before bed huh? I have never inquired about em, because I never really ate em. But recently my daughter wanted some so I started eatin em and I do like em.

    They are fine before bed if you want to eat them. The carbs are minute.

    I just did M-F
    12,830 kcal
    1076 carbs
    1359 protein
    345 fat

    I'm going to look at this again next week. I've reduced my calories by 200 a day and trying to get carbs down to 170-175g per day.

    Oh yeah I'm 6'1", 240lb, 23%BF
    I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
