Yes and no. If you decide to only keep track at the end of the week your last day you may want to try and cut more cals in order to make your deficit!

I'll have to look at my fit day and add them, but I'll do it when I get home. I'm kind of intrigued to see what the totals are.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

    i don't know exactly, but 14-1500/day and 130 +/- g's of protein x 7...

10,150 cal, 910 g. prot. i'd say is an average for me.

I don't even count daily. I am in tune with my body enough to know how much I need of what and at what time. Sure if I wanted to step up to competition levels then I would be counting every little morsel that enters my body. All I know is that my diet is clean, I get the right portions and my results are great.

Oh I wouldn't go that far. I love sweets and candy. I like sugary candies like sweettarts, jelly beans and I love baked goods I just don't like chocolate. The ONLY chocolate I eat is if it has a lot of nuts or peanut butter with it. Other than that, I want nothing to do with it. No choc ice cream or cakes or candy etc...

Wow that is kind of fun.

Anyway, yeah. It works for me. If I'm still losing weight and I want to bulk, then I do what? Eat more. If I'm not losing fast enough and want to cut, then i know what to do. Honestly, if I started counting every little thing, it would probably slow my results because I would try to be too perfect.

Yeah but honestly most people have to do that. But once you are comfortable with your body (like you seem to be), theres no need to count anymore.

Hahaha Yup exactly. In the beginning I was a bit obsesive but once the ball gets rolling, all I need is a good drawn out plan in my head.

I agree 100%. I definitely recommend to anyone starting to be very careful both with choices and portions.
