    Please, do some research a little bit. Spend a few years reading some textbooks. Maybe try working with the general public and see if you can actually hack it.

    From all of your posts, it is clear that you have no knowledge of how the human body works. You are running on myths and information fed to you by people who also don't understand how things work.

    I don't care if you post your opinions here. I will just come in and prove you wrong.

    People have the right to correct information. In a society that crams so much info down peoples throats on working out and nutrition, people have no clue anymore what to do. Part of what I do is help make sure that people get on the right path and get sound information that they can use....No to compete in some bodybuilding show in 12 weeks, but to live a healthier life.


    RE: walking the walk

    I have competed before in BBing. It is not a sport to me. It means nothing to me. As far as walking the walk goes....i walk it everyday. I am healthier now than I have ever been. My goals are to achieve optimal fitness....not win a fucking bathing suit contest.

    You really are a fucking joke! Bodybuilders don't know shit about health and fitness. They listen to trainers to get their physiques and it's only for preparation for a contest and it's not about real health. I think you will find here that not many people are impressed with competitive bodybuilders. We walk the walk alright and we are all probably way more healthy than you will ever be.

    You say you "DO IT" What is it you do? You are 50 years old and you compete in bodybuilding......wow, lot's of competition there eh? Please see us in 10 years and tell us how you feel then.

    femalemuscle: you seem to strongly disagree with saturated fats playing a part in the diet. I'm just wondering, you keep mentioning how your some incredible body builder so that we take your word on your "credibility", but we are all waiting for the science behind your opinion. Please, enlighten us all with the facts if you wouldn't mind.

    Hi femalemuscle. I am of the opinion that at least 10% of total calories should come from saturated fats. This is to maintain correct levels of sex hormones in the body. Low serum cholesterol is just as harmful as high serum cholesterol, but in a different way.

    So, why are you of the opinion that 0% of total calories should come from saturated fats?
