I can clearly see you have no concept of proper nutrition.

Again, I see you don't understand nutrition.

Saturated fats are harmless when used within proper quantities and dietary cholesterol has little to no effect on blood cholesterol level.

You either put up the facts or shut your mouth! You obviously don't know jack shit about nutrition. If you are going to make a blanket statement in this forum, I expect explanations and maybe even proof. If not, then STFU! I'm here to help people, you are obviously here to shit disturb. It's people like you that give this sport a bad rap!

Blanket statements that you obviously have no clue about are to be left off the nutrition forum or I will start deleting them. Get it?

There is no need for more than 6-10G of fish oil per day. Basically that's 6-10 caps per day. The goal is to shoot for 2G (approx 6 caps) of EPA/DHA per day.

That amount you listed above is dangerous.

Oh wow, I didnt know that much was needed.
I've been taking one fish oil (I dont know the MG's and i'm to lazy to get up to look" and like 1 flaxseed oil pill a day... I've been thinking pretty highly of myself...
looks like i need to up those.

All-though, one of my means always includes a 4oz salmon (but i guess everything that is good and holy gets cooked out of it... )

Thanks jodi... you just crapped in my cheerios

Hey, Jodi. According to Fish Oils

"There have been no reports of serious adverse events in those taking fish oil supplements, even up to 15 grams daily for prolonged periods of time. Those side effects that have been reported include mild gastrointestinal upsets such as nausea and diarrhea, halitosis, eructation and "fishy" smelling breath, skin and even urine. The blood-thinning effects can cause occasional nosebleeds and easy bruising."

    Cheers, Nige.

EDIT: I just spotted the comment about 45g/day - oops!

You really need to read and learn. You don't know jack shit about nutrition. EVERYONE knows that what you say is a big fat joke and that you don't know what the hell you are talking about anyway. Everyone here also knows that saturated fat boosts testosterone. Guess you missed that little fact when you also learned that dairy is bad for you eh?
