    Counting Calories or Grams?

    Hey folks,
this is my first post ever!!
    haha

//Anyway, I was just curious to know:

I read Tom Venutos ebook "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" And I was very impressed by the information, however, as I was trying to formulate a nutrition plan I ran into a speedbump. Heres my question: Do you count Calories or Grams?

please give me some info about this particular problem

    Thanks!

You could start by counting the grams of protein you get per day. If you get enough protein and the rest of your food is clean and decently balanced, you should be oke.

Counting the rest and filling those in is even better of course, but protein is key.
