Hi again,
I have loads of questions! I’m quite active, and at times I eat carbohydrates, but I keep hearing that carbs are bad for you. Is this true? I heard they’re good for energy, but they also can also make you fat? Is this true? Thanks again! |

Carbs are necessary for energy if you do any kind of activity!
I saw that you eat your burgers on whole wheat buns - that is great because complex carbs are better than others. I try to keep my carb intake after 3pm to a minimum and I find that helps keep my weight in check. But it's really what works for you! |

Hi,
So is it best to eat carbs a little before I go jogging or begin working out etc.? Why don’t you eat carbs after 3pm? Whole wheat buns are carbohydrates? I thought things like pasta, rice and potatoes were the only carbohydrates. Thanks |
