    Rice

From what i know white rice and brown rice have two different purposes. For a weight gaining diet which would be better to include on a daily diet? Would you throw in some of both?

    Thanks

Either one are fine for gaining weight as long as they fit into your daily carb intake. So it is more a matter of how much you need. That being said, Brown rice is a healthier choice.

If you don't mind the taste, I would go for the brown rice because it is healther (as Phred said) and so when it comes for you to cut, it should be just that lil bit easier.
I love it when a plan comes together.

Master making brown rice and it tastes great! too much water + too much time == mushy.... too little water + too little time == crunchy rice...

perfect water + perfect time = heavenly tasty carbs!
