whats the best way to shed some BF in the least amount of time? i know this is an old/noobie question but what was wonderinf what the best diet would be? i know what my body needs to gain/lose lb's but what is a good way?

3-2-1( 3days cycles. 1st day is 3x's bw for carbs and the 2nd day is 2x's bw for carbs and the 3rd day is 1x bw for carbs). i was thinking of trying this but then again it would be the samething as carb cycling or close to it.
