A key factor is not how much, but the type of bread. White bread is a no no if you're trying to lose fat.

Brown is ok but with granary/seedy breads are the best.
I love it when a plan comes together.

Why are you a veggie? any reasons in particular?

    Do you consume enough protein?

Personally I think that is too much bread.

just a personal choice as far as being a veggie goes, i have a protien shake every day and glasses of milk to help with the protien, but could do with more protien, when ive lost the body fat im after lossing then im going to try and put more muscle on, so will definetly increase the amount of protien i get from normal foods and the amount of protien shakes i have, i also have a protien bar on my way home from the gym at the momment, so will double maybe tripple them when ive finnished dieting,
