    Diet

    Hello every one just wondering on some opinions about this diet. I have been getting bits and pices off other diets with positive feedback but this one suits me beta. Altho work commitments leave a big gap between meal 2 and 3caus i only get one break a day. Some opinions would be much help thanks.

    Meal 1:
    2 egg whites
    1 whole egg
    2 vita bixs
    1 cup of muslie
    whey protein shake

    Meal 2:
    1 tin tuna
    left over tea ,meats, fish, ect
    apple
    1 chicken breast round 140g


    Meal 3 re workout
    1 chicken breast round 140g
    1 tin tuna
    1 serve peanut butter
    1/2 teaspoon creatine

    :Post workout
    whey protein shake
    1/2 cup of natural yougert

    Meal 4:
    Dinner Meats,Fish
    1 cup of veggies


    Meal 5:
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 serve of peanut butter

    thanks for the response my diet befor this wasent to any plan altho i ate much similar just not as much. Stats Im roughly at 84.5kg hight 68.3inches waist size 85cm sorry bout all the different reading just i done them the other day for the online caculator. my goals is to cut for another 2 months or so. Do u recon more vegies meal 2 i usual have 3/4 of a cup as well thats with left over tea. what did u want to know bout Macros and Cals? bare with me please just new to the site and info altho ive been reading the stickies just hard to understand some stuff .

    Protein = 481.27
    Carbs = 261.15
    Fat = 86.69

    im 186.285 pounds 5.7ft high
    Calories some items did not have a content so i could not give you a corect reading and macros iv never heard of that

    so you are eating just over 800 calories a day?

    How long have you been eating like this?

    to get your calories do u add your total protein carb and fat intake for the day 800 seemes extreamly low wat do u recomend

    Unless Im not adding up correct how much should each meal roughly contain protein, fat, carb i never thort dieting was so hard it took like all day to get the pectages of everthing i eat

    Use Fitday. It will make things much easier.

    I genrally stick to a 40/40/20 split, but it depends on the person.

    40% Protien
    40% Carbs
    20% Fat

    Hey thanks man iv read your diet befor i was trying to make my as similar as possible but i dont understand i worked out that my Protein = 481.27g
    Carbs = 261.15g Fat = 86.69g was a days intake
    and yours were, fats 83g,protein,289g,carbs,330g 3208cals for a days intake how is it possible that i only have 800cals it carnt be it has to be a mistake

    Ok that is the grams of P,C,F that you are taking in. You aren't eating only 800 cals.

    However do you really need around 66g of Protein a meal?

    You should be getting in around 4 servings of fibrous Veggies a day.

    Your Carbs don't seem right to what the numbers you have provided. The only carb sources I see are Museli, Vitabix and an apple.

    Eating meals every 3- 3 and a half hours apart is hard because of work.


    Meal 1: 6:15
    3 egg whites

    Meal 2: 10:00 o clock
    2 slices whoel grain bread
    left over tea ,meats, fish, ect
    apple
    1 chicken breast round 170g
    1 cup of mix veigges


    Meal 3 pre workout
    2 slice whole grain bread 4:00 o clock
    1 cucumber
    1 tin tuna





    :Post workout 6 :30
    whey protein shake
    1/2 cup of natural yougert

    Meal 4: 7:30
    Dinner Meats,Fish
    1 cup of veggies


    Meal 5: 10:00
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 serve of peanut butter


    ill give you my marcos soon ill make a account on fitday and put my diet through there and get my caloire intake .

    Once Again i thank everbody thats takes there time to help me. my diet is crushal to me after all gym seems to be my life latley.



    Totals cals 2880
    fat 70g 23%
    carbs 313g 39%
    protein 266g 38% ive made some changes whats your opinion on this diet i want bit more protein ill add another time

    If im 186 pounds how many grams of protein a day should i be eating is 266 enough. Id like to have a bit more protein should u be eating your body weight in grams of protein. and also that diet is for a cut..

    266 is overkill actually. On a bulk, not even a cut, 1.5g protein/lb is generally the rule, which would work out to be 279g. 266 is much too high for a cut. I would send that more towards 200g, probably even slightly less. 1g protein/lb.
