Carbs = 261.15
Fat = 86.69

Calories some items did not have a content so i could not give you a corect reading and macros iv never heard of that

to get your calories do u add your total protein carb and fat intake for the day 800 seemes extreamly low wat do u recomend
Unless Im not adding up correct how much should each meal roughly contain protein, fat, carb i never thort dieting was so hard it took like all day to get the pectages of everthing i eat

Use Fitday. It will make things much easier.
I genrally stick to a 40/40/20 split, but it depends on the person.
40% Protien
40% Carbs
20% Fat
DRSE Reconnaissance

Ok that is the grams of P,C,F that you are taking in. You aren't eating only 800 cals.
However do you really need around 66g of Protein a meal?
You should be getting in around 4 servings of fibrous Veggies a day.
Your Carbs don't seem right to what the numbers you have provided. The only carb sources I see are Museli, Vitabix and an apple.
Eating meals every 3- 3 and a half hours apart is hard because of work.

3 egg whites

If im 186 pounds how many grams of protein a day should i be eating is 266 enough. Id like to have a bit more protein should u be eating your body weight in grams of protein. and also that diet is for a cut..

266 is overkill actually. On a bulk, not even a cut, 1.5g protein/lb is generally the rule, which would work out to be 279g. 266 is much too high for a cut. I would send that more towards 200g, probably even slightly less. 1g protein/lb.
