    Competition Week

    Last week before next competition in bodybuilding and was wanting to see how this looked to anyone with knowledge on the last week.... only second show so critique gently lol... i weigh 205lbs...Definetly need help on what to eat day of show!

    Friday- No Carbs, 3 gals water, Boiled Chicken 7 meals @ 6oz per meal (3 oz cooked= 21g protien)

    Sat- No Carbs, 3 gals water, Boiled Chicken 7 meals @ 6oz per meal

    Sun- No Carbs, 2 gals water, Boiled Chicken 7 meals @ 6oz per meal

    Mon- No Carbs, 1 gal water, Boiled Chicken 7 meals @ 6oz per meal

    Tue- no carbs, 3/4 gal water, Boiled Chicken 7 meals @ 6oz per meal

    Wed- no carbs until after 5 pm 200g of carbs (shredded wheat), 3/4 gal of water, Boiled Chicken 7 meals @ 6oz per meal

    Thur- 400g carbs (shredded wheat), 1/2 gal water, Boiled Chicken 7 meals @ 6oz per meal

    Fri- 600g carbs (Shredded wheat), no water, Boiled Chicken 7 meals @ 6oz per meal

    SAT(show) Honey or grape jelly on rice cakes, no water

    You can't go 2 days without water. You should have 1.5 gallons of water on Thursday and then 1 gallon by noon on Friday. Then stop your water and only sip if necessary.

    Also, you should add some lettuce in your meals throughout the week.

    Any reason why you choose shredded wheat? I don't think it's a good choice because of the fiber. You should have much faster absorbing carb like white rice. I actually used smarties after my last workout and the day before because there is nothing in there to bloat you.

    After your show make sure you replace your electrolytes. Don't start chugging water. Have some gatorade ready or an electrolyte balanced drink.
