    6-10 % is a pretty big range.

    6% I think is a little low for a 16 yo.

you need to know the EXACT amount of CALORIES it takes for you to STAY at your BODYWEIGHT right now. then drop 200 and every 2 weeks if you dont lose any bf then drop another 200. but if your dropping weight at a certain amount of cals then stay at that cal level for awhile.

just eat healthy and train. mma has nothing to with body fat you can be ripped but have horrible cardio and even worse tech. lots of pudgy fighters may not look as good but doesn't make them any less dangerous

well. I guess Im explaining what I want to do wrong. Im to get my BF% down to around 7-8 so that i am in the lowest possible weightclass I can be in with out losing muscle. A lot of wrestlers in my school do this by eating a pack of jello and water 3x a day and thats it. this is obviously not healthy. Then once I get my BF% low i want to start to gain weight(slowly) so that I can become stronger but I want to keep my BF% low while doing this.
