Messed up some meals today...
One meal I missed out on some carbs, and I'm about 25g carbs low for the day, can I just add it onto tommorows carbs? Or should I squeeze it into my normal Protein/Fat only meals?
Does it matter? I carb cycle 200g days off, 275g days on...So today I'm at 175g, and I was gonna just do a solid 300g tommorow...I'm on a very clean bulk fyi. |

Don't worry about it. it is 25 g of Carbs in a lifetime of progress. that is like.000000000000000000000001% of difference. Are you going to notice that change?

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Not worried at all...Should I toss them in tommorow's meals? I can easily add it to my PWO shake

Just continue on with your meals like nothing ever happened.

Your body's cycle will have started over tomorrow. That extra carb intake is only going to throw you off even more.
