Here's my diet for today...
wake up: bowl of oatmeal with cell tech formula (for weight training purposes in the late morning)
3.5 hours later...nutrition shake (slim fast was the only thing available at the time) 1 hour later.... 1 hour of weight training/abdominal workout After the workout... Had a protein shake (whey) and more cell tech (creatine based supp.) 3.5 hours later... spinach leaves with carrot cuts, tomatoes, cucumbers, turkey slices, and fat free italian dressing 2-3 hours later... nutritional powerbar: harvest whole grain (sat. fat 2.5g 2-3 for dinner before bed time I need some ideas??? Now i don't need somebody to tell me "your diet sucks" and ive looked through the forums at different things to eat, BUT i need someone (if you're brave enough) to give me some advise on MY diet i.e. things to change. All i drink is skim milk and water throughout the day also... Thanks for your help! I am trying to keep weight up, loose body fat so I am starting a 15 minute interval training tonight where i run as hard as i can for 30 seconds/walk 15 seconds. ANY SUGGESTIONS I WILL TAKE! Thanks. |

Have you added up the total calories and where they are coming from with this diet?
