My stomach is decently flat, but the part right under my stomach and above my pelvis is somewhat fatty.
It’s like there’s a little bit of fat sagging beneath my stomach. How can I get rid of this? I jog, do sit-ups every day, lift medium weights and take part in martial arts during the week. Thanks! |

Losing fat, or getting lean is about diet. Not being "on a diet", but eating correctly.
There is no such thing as spot reduction, e.g. doing sit-ups to lose fat in the stomach area. There are cases where liposuction and/or skin tightening is necessary. Especially in the case of stretched skin, such as from being obese, or pregnancy. ------------------ Just because the majority believes it, does not make it true! |

Hi,
Thanks for the response. I’m in the middle transitioning myself to eating a lot healthier. I understand what you’re saying, just looking for any extra pieces of info. Thanks |
