Question Fat - under stomach, above pelvis

My stomach is decently flat, but the part right under my stomach and above my pelvis is somewhat fatty.
It’s like there’s a little bit of fat sagging beneath my stomach.

How can I get rid of this?

I jog, do sit-ups every day, lift medium weights and take part in martial arts during the week.

Thanks!

Losing fat, or getting lean is about diet. Not being "on a diet", but eating correctly.

There is no such thing as spot reduction, e.g. doing sit-ups to lose fat in the stomach area.

There are cases where liposuction and/or skin tightening is necessary. Especially in the case of stretched skin, such as from being obese, or pregnancy.

Question

Hi,
Thanks for the response.

I’m in the middle transitioning myself to eating a lot healthier. I understand what you’re saying, just looking for any extra pieces of info.

Thanks
