Saturated Fats are a type of fat.
Like Polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats.
Could someone please explain to me how this works:
Say I have a steak with 20g Fat (12g of which saturates) - Does this mean when the steak has been cooked and ready to be eaten it now has 12g of saturated fat in it?
Probably obvious anser but I never understoor quite what the ter "of which saturates" means.
Cheers
