What are you doing right now in terms of your diet, bulk, cut maintain?

The only time i wake up to eat is if i smoke pot (very rare) and don't munch out, i'll wake up an hour or two after going to sleep with a deep urge to eat some junk food. Sometimes i give in most times i just go back to bed.

Ok... what happens is that your body enters a fasting state after only a few short hours and then goes catabolic... and starts cannabolizing it's own muscle tissue to restore blood sugar levels. You need a long acting protein source before you go to sleep that should hold you thru most of the night.

Also, you are probably correct about the habit thing as well ;-)
