Obviously you just can't comprehend what you read. The only friggin question you have asked is where your bf% should be, when realistically who gives a shit about our opinion. That is what you have to figure out for yourself. Why do you want to be in the lightest division, cause you think you will have it easier?

You want answers ask a real question.

Seriously though Danny, What I would research a bit on (from a martial artists point of view) would be the eating habits, style of training, and lifestyle of Bruce Lee. It sounds as though you have some similar goals as he did back in his glory days. Bruce knew his nutrition no doubt.

Its really easy. Shoot for 300-400 calories a meal and you ought to do well. Of course monitor this and see where things end up. If you are losing to fast add calories, if you arent losing then subtract. Simple simon.

So then apply what you read. And evalutate the process. There is no absolute answer. This is something you need to learn for yourself. All we can give are rough guidelines.

What is your current diet like? What has happened with your weight/body composition up till this point?

here's a great diet tip to get you into the best fighting shape possible:

Eat all the meals on the pyramid everyday. After each meal, have a tbsp of salt and vomit.

Actually it was his wife that knew nutrition, Bruce never bothered himself to learn that actually. Bruce was undoubtedly the master of training through - except for Good Mornings
