    Red face quick questions(ratios)

    i'm trying to get my ratios to equal 60/30/10. (carbs/protein/fat) and i can't get it right. i'm trying to focus more on carbs rather than protein(yeah i still want to keep protein around 200g's but it is uaully 290-320 (not needed) ) . i wanna try to consume 2800-3000 cals. what would be the carbs/protein/fats calories for that?

    Assuming 3000 Cals consumed Daily


    Protein would be 3000 x .3 = 900 Cals
    Carbs would be 3000 x .6 = 1800 cals
    Fat would be 3000 x .1 = 300

    900 Cals of Protein equals 900/4 = 225g
    1800 Cals of Carbs equals 1800/4 = 450g
    300 Cals of Fat equals 300/9 = 33.33g

    I would add more healthy fats. I couldnt see myself only eating 10% in fats.

    Dietary fats stimulate the release of CCK, a hormone that signals satiety. Not to mention fats also slow the digestion of other foods.
