    Food sensitivity

Is it true that these can cause insomnia?

Because Jodi's been telling me that a bunch of symptoms I've been having are clear signs of a food sensitivity. And I've noticed that when my symptoms are worst, I can't fall asleep for shit.

I've read some sketchy info on the web about a link between the two...anyone have any knowledge about whether or not the two are indeed linked?

Well, you already know that this is what I think. That's why I suggested the food elimination diet. It doesn't cost you anything and you don't have to put any drugs into your body which is always a plus. It takes time to do the elimination diet but once you find the culprit, it will make life a lot easier. Hopefully you only find one or two sensitivities unlike my list

When you speak of abdominal bloat......how much are you talking about. Does it get worse through the day and then its disappeared by morning? Have you measured yourself?

That doesn't sound like something I would want to open.

Haha, it's not that bad, I've just been PMing her lately about digestive symptoms I've had lately.

No issues with bowel movements or anything like that lately...just a severe bloat in the area where I assume my intestines to be.
