Not many nutrients in that diet of his. Need to make sure a multi-vitamine is taken.

    Has anyone done anything similar?

I'm worried that, as a woman, I wouldn't have enough testosterone to preserve a decent amount of muscle. I also wouldn't be taking all those supplements Strasser mentions. However, these ketosis type methods have been known to be among the best in muscle preservation and hunger suppression.

Does anyone know of methods like ketosis but a little less boring? Or how about being able to mix two methods toghter? Just let me know. I'm taking like the best of a few methods and than see how it works.

    Here

Mixing diets doesn't really work all that good unless you really know what you're doing.

I concur. Indeed, if you don't know what you are doing you can totally destroy the principles upon which the effective diets are based.

This is certainly an interesting diet. Probably works too for a short time. I'd be concerned about my hair falling out over extended periods though, and I'd imagine that 24 days would be about anyones limit on such a limited diet.

The name says it all "Fat fast"

That's what will happen to you, you'll get fat fast.

This article could only of been written as a joke, just to see how many people they could suck in to trying it.

If you've got fat to cut, then do it smart. Use discipline, calorie/portion control and of course balanced nutrition.

Don't mangle your metabolism following garbage, such as what those clowns from testoterone mag print up.

For the record, I am NOT suggesting that this is a good or healthy diet. To the contrary. Do I think someone might lose fat on it? It is certainly possible.
