For general everyday I like ATW - it tastes good, mixes easy and is reasonably priced.

For custom stuff I use TrueProtien. Kind of pricy, but I do not buy a lot of it. I use it as I can get egg powder, vitamins, BCAA, Glutimine, etc, all mixed in the ratios I want.

My protein, its cheap, you can get it unflavoured to make it even cheaper, shipping is also quite reasonable aswell

I like ON serious mass; however, it's more of a meal replacement powder. Tastes great, unbelievable nutrition, and not too expensive.

For years all i drank was ON. Then i got a little adventurous and bought MRM as the flavor was great when i tried a sample i got. When i bought the tub the flavor was nowhere close to what the sample had, and i figured the sample was more of a meal replacement instead of a whey protein. I have since switched back to ON, good price, decent taste. I also use Muscle Milk for a more balanced meal when i'm on the go, its got fat, protein and carbs as opposed to pure whey. Post workout i mix 1 scoop Muscle Milk and one-two scoops of ON, for my protein, a little fat and some carbs.

That's what I use. Cheaper wheys make me sick to my stomach, and some of them I even have allergic reactions to.

I was taking cytosport's whey for a while because it's cheap, but I puked the last 2 times I took it and I broke out in hives. Now I shell out the extra couple bucks for the syntha-6. Tastes 10 times better too.

Prolab whey tends to clump but when I use my blender its smooth and creamy... just like me.

I like it because it's very lean. Also just like me.

Funny story, I actually had to take my blender outside the other day 'cause my roommate was asleep... hahaha if someone saw me it would have probably looked so funny me standing there bracing my blender while it was plugged into the side of the house.

You really ought to have something more complete if you're having it first thing in the morning. What's the rest of your diet like?
