Been dieting hard, Check pics, skin or fat?

First off I was 300 pounds almost 5 years ago and have gotten all the way down to my current weight of 175 pounds.

I do no carbs weekly have have refeeds. I am 6 foot and all my buddies say that I look like I have aids and that I am too thin. I have bulked and cut before but always end up the same.

If these pictures are loose skin and not fat, I am changing everything. Please be honest with me and surgery WILL NOT be an option. It does not bother me that it is skin, I just need other opinions on this issue.

I am not a bodybuilder, just guy who like to lift, eat healthy most of the time and l;ive my life.

That's skin bro. Talk to a dermatologist about all the non-surgery ways to tighten it up, there's more than you think.

I weighed 290 and now I weight 180 (usually 170 but I had some problems recently that I won't go into). My skin is loose in some places which takes away from my toning I think, but it's not NEARLY like it is for you. Believe me dude it's not fat. I've lost pretty much the same amount as you and you can't actually tell any of my skin is loose unless I really yank on it real hard.

If you're still unsure, get some body fat pincers and they'll explain it all for you. Oh and if you shave all that hair and get more sun that will help the look infinitely. I didn't think that would help me but I was surprised.

Congrats on the weight loss and getting healthier. In my opinion, alot of whats there looks like skin. If surgery is out of the picture, what are your plans if it is mostly loose skin?

Live my life to the fullest. I do not give a shit about the skin. I just get tired dieting all the time to try and lose something that will never go away. Actually when I am 190 or so pounds from having a big cheat day once a week and being strict the other 6 days, I fill out nicely and that loose skin does not look to bad. Honestly, I think I would be happier being a bigger guy, like around 220 or so and having some sklin that looking like that ripped skinny tined guy and having t.

Tx guys for the responses, it is very much appreciated.

I used to weight quite a bit myself. Around 280. Actually I guess I am lucky because I've never had any skin problems. I think there are a lot of factors involved with something like that including loosing weight to fast, etc.

One way that might help is to try to fill in some of the gaps with muscle.

Congrats on the achievement.

Easy on the close-ups though. A picture of your entire body will suffice, if you know what I mean.

this is why you shouldnt let yourself get that big, or lose fat that rapidly, not healthy at all

First off incredible success, secondly its too hard for me to tell.

I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
