I like to have a big breakfast, that and dinner are my 2 biggest meals, with smaller ones and meal replac. powders in between. For breakfast I usually have, 1 1/2 packets of quaker instant oatmeal, various flavors like cinnamon roll, maple & brown sugar. I also have 3 scrambled eggbeaters, and sometimes a high protein muffin, along with a protein shake.

Hi again and again,
Is a medium-sized bowl of All-Bran cereal with a little skim milk a good option for breakfast? Why/Why not? Is it best to have your biggest meal at breakfast? Thanks |

My breakfast consists of a bowl of cereal with 1% milk, and a whey protein shake mixed with water.
All of your meals should be close in calories and size. If any were going to be "bigger", I guess breakfast and your post work-out meals would be the two that should/could be a bit larger. ------------------ Just because the majority believes it, does not make it true! |

Bran is EXCELLENT for your health.
I've heard about guys who eat most of their calories at breakfast. They believe that if you eat most of your calories in the morning, you've got all day to burn them off. Personally, I don't have the energy to eat a big breakfast in the early morning. |
