Diet

I've been off work with migraines and back pain for a week or so now, so many is every tighter than usual, so I need advise on protein sources I have very little fridge/freezer space until I buy myself a fridge, since I moved out. I've thought about getting 8 frozen chicken breasts for £5 but I am worried that they will be mostly water

Any ideas would help great!

Thanks

As far as storage, you may want to consider a styrafoam ice chest and get some dry ice to keep things frozen or to freeze some fresh meat. I will buy what is called "club packs" (8-12 breasts) of fresh chicken breasts and BBq them up for meals ahead of time (in fact I am going to do that in about an hour with some shrimp). I do not like the frozen chicken that much because it is usually packed in some kind of broth with a lot of sodium. Have you considered canned fish? It can get you by in a pinch and no refer needed.
