Canned Salmon suggestions
I want to add more Salmon to my diet and was looking for some suggestions. I will be using the fillets when I can afford them but the canned stuff would help increase my use.
Do we just eat it straight from the can (raw), like tuna.. or what? Doug C |

Yup. You can eat it straight out of the can if you want. It's cooked. It's juicier than tuna, as it usually has a lot of skin on it (where most of the omega-3 fats are).
