cheat meal

i always here how a cheat day is ok because of something to do with how you go way over your general caloric intake. i eat less on cheat days because i am very picky and dont like to eat. i force my self to eat more and healthy foods. also i love chicken parm and chicken parm heros and buffalo wings. are those three things considered a cheat? also what about regular pasta as opposed to whole grain?

Well chicken parm is iffy depending on the cheese and portion size, but I personally would use that for a cheat. Get a good bottle of wine and some angel hair in baby oil on the side and you are all set.

To answer your question, at least to my understanding, I consider a cheat meal something that is outside the scope of my typical meal plan. For some it may be BBQ buffalo wings, and for others it may be pizza or a 1000 calorie omlette. To each there own.

I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

Yea, getting healthy food is tough for me as well. Here is a good place to start. FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal I usually built my diet in there then I simply go buy the food i have in there and cook and in it.

And the reason it wouldn't affect you as much because your young and have better metabolism.

Stats: Weight: 183lbs | BF: 13%
My Cutting Journal come motivate me.
