Pasta in the diet

What time of day do ya'll eat pasta (if you have some sort of pasta in diet)?

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

I like to regress throughout the day not only on sugars (since all my workout are in the morning to mid afternoon), so i go with lean meats (turkey and chicken) and spinach leaf plan during the night hours. maybe pasta would be good after my mid afternoon, early evening cardio.
