Velocity Diet - Carb Query

i was wondering where are the carbs in this diet.
I worked it out to be:

23g carbs non trianing days
60g carbs on training days

Isnt 23g extremly low ???

both of them being simple carbs wouldnt that be bad for a diet like this ?

And also i got told with diets like this you should only consume 20/30 grams as it will throw you out of ketosis ?

With the flax seed meal it says on there it has 0 carbs as the carbs go when you cold press it to get the flax oil out.

any help would be great as i start in 4 days cheers.

yes, that is a very low carb diet. I would rather shoot myself in the face.

I have also heard about the Velocity diet. It seemed kinda crazy, but supposedly the results are worth it. It would be interesting to hear some other opinions about it.
