Cutting

Hi all,
This summer i intend to be ripped to fuck.
At the moment i am bulking up on 4000 cals a day, i am weiging in at 190lbs with 16% bf, I have just finished a cycle of dbl and Sus got good gains from this cycle and i have just finished taking my last jab of HCG. I intend to start a cutting cycle of 7-8 weeks and if goes well i might enter my first show. I just need a bit of help on cutting. My first question is do i drop from 4000 cals down to my maintanace level before cutting or should i just reduce my calories by 2-300 untill i reach my maintanance level and then start cutting.

My other question is how low do i drop my calories, or do i stop when i see good results in my body?

I would drop cals over a period of time.

Lower you cals till you see weight loss, and hold and re-evaluate over a set period.

That is the basics I would do.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Ok thats what i thought, i will just reduce my calories no more than 200 maybe 250, that with 30 mins of cardio a day should see me some results. I think i will shoot for a 40-40-20 ratio.
