I need a six-pack
Good morning, I have a business trip come up in four months and would like to have a six-pack. Seeing my ex-girlfriend, dose anyone a good training and diet plan.

OKay, want to help me out. I'm 18, abou 165-170pounds. Medium build and i'm 5'11. I'm going back to hardcore mode of eating and training. I just want to get rid of my *itch t*ts and little fat around my abs. I already see my ab lines. But i still have fat there. Any ideas or sites that could help?
