I eat my veggies raw. What do you mean by salad? Romaine lettuce is great, that fox one or w/e its called is very lacking in micronutrients. General rule of thumb, darker, greener, leafier veggies are the best to consume.

I just buy the bagged salads (various types) from the supermarket and eat half the bag at a time. Throw in some EVOO, garlic, sea salt, basil, and pepper and you have a beastly salad.

Any particular reason why? Lack of variety or some other reason? I would have no problem adding other veggies to the salads, just honestly trying to avoid making the entire salad

The quality of the lettuce is poor and lacks nutrients. It's been pre cut and pre washed and then sprayed for preservation and then sits in a bag. Nothing healthy about it.

Eh damn - I'll start buying fresh stuff next week then. Just went shopping today so I'll use up the few bags I bought this week.
