Foods....

can you suggest foods to eat/not to eat while cutting. i heard diary and fruit maybe. what else? no junkfood(like in any other phase)

Depends on what you are cutting for.

I see no problems with Dairy and fruit, unless you are cutting for a show.



Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

I am cutting for show...need a big change then, cutting out the eggs/skim milk/no fat low sugar yogurt from my diet. What would be a good replacement for these items? chicken breast, turkey breast, and fish?

okay well im about there, and when i get home in the next few weeks im going to start going back to bulking cycle with creatine.

Maybe he is cutting "for show" not "for A show".

i want a 6 pac, cut abs, and be swo (keep the cuts in the arms and broader shoulders)
