    Cutting diet for show (abs)

I am currently cutting stage, and trying to loose body fat. I am cutting for show...need a big change then, cutting out the eggs/skim milk/no fat low sugar yogurt from my diet. What would be a good replacement for these items? chicken breast, turkey breast, and fish?

I just had salmon, a cucumber, and a cup of brown rice...great last meal before i go to bed?

Another question: instead of going with yogurt with oats, can i switch it up to oats and peanut butter? trying to get rid of dairy. And can i stick with skim milk (since i just bought 2 cartons)?

what the hell are you talking about?

oats and PB is not a complete meal. Oats and yogurt is not a complete meal either.

Unbelievable! This is my dinner every night, worked out great! Still need alternatives (if so) for skim milk and dairy i guess.

I believe you misunderstood me. I know that isn't a meal, it's just a piece of the bigger puzzle (just part of my wake-up meal). I have 2 pieces of sprouted bread, the no fat yogurt with oats, and a whey shake.

I usually get some shots up at the gym (basketball) to get my metabolism going. Moderate pace for about 30 minutes. Then I go to weights for about 40 minutes.

    Post workout meal
    whey protein shake: 130 g; fat 2.5 g; carbs 5g; sugars 2g; protein 20g
Smoothie: no stats. Add cranberries, blueberries, and another berry can think of at the moment with low fat yogurt (large).

I played another hour and a half today of basketball...had to take a break from the weights. My carbs are low and I have no energy, so I have implemented brown rice into my diet 3x a day (spread out). I really dont have time to add all this up, when i get back home to chicago from the basketball office ill be gravey.
