oh and another thing, is eating fruit not a good thing? I know its really good for nutritionally but I mean compared to veggies where they have more sugar.
I have a couple of questions. first I notice that in a lot of the dieting readings for when you're cutting that it mentions nothing about eating fruit, only vegetables. is the reason for this because fruit would be higher in sugars than vegetables? and second, I've read a lot about glutamine supplements in the stickies and I was just wondering what are for?
