I am not really asking how much water one should drink, I can get that from the stickies.
However, some clients have a hard time understanding how much water they should drink. I give them a number, when I get feedback, they say they drank this here, filled that up there, in other words, they THINK they got enough water in, but are never sure. Despite the constant reminders I hand out, could pissing clear be an indicator that theres plenty of water being devoured? I honestly dont know if I drink enough water sometimes, especially when I eat a lot of sodium or WHEN I GET TO WORK AND THERES NO FUCKING A/C! ![]() |

I found that I can drink 3x the amount of water I normally drink on a 'hung over' day vs. a regular day. It takes an enormous amount of water to jump start my first piss...and its like marmalade.
Even so, one of my girls told me she hated drinking water cuz she doens tlike to piss often. I had to agree a little. Its certainly a bitch. SO... If youre pissing a lot, is that an indicator that youve drank enough? Id say so, but I dont want to piss often. On busy days, its hard to gauge how much water you drink.. Plus, what if you mix milk with your protein mix instead of water? How much of that milk is water? How to you gauge that? Lots of questions while I sit in my chari, comfortably, sweating. ![]() |
