calorieking bit the dust
Calorieking used to be the best source to find calorie data on all kinds of foods but now the search system sucks. I search "apple" and I get 1200 results of things like baked apple pies, apple smirnoff, KFC apple cakes etc. I can't find a god damn plain apple.
Anyway, are there any other good calorie data sites besides calorieking + fitday? Oh, and there are about 80 calories in a medium sized apple right? ![]() |

Yep Nutritiondata rocks.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
