First of all, do you guys eat cereal on a regular basis or only eat is as a cheat meal? I'm not talking about sugary cereals, but healthier ones like Kashi Go Lean, Shredded Wheat, Cheerios..etc
I know oats is probably the best thing to eat as a carb source, but my personal favorite is Kashi Go Lean Crunch. I've been eating it every day for breakfast and would hate to give it up. I'm just wondering, what is all of your personal take on it? Cereal yay or nay?

I was eating shredded wheat every morning with a few blueberries but decided to switch to All Bran because of an article I read on carbs. Both are good but the Glycemic Index is a little lower with the All Bran I think. I have a cup with some blueberries and light soy milk every morning. I really do like it.
cereal's not bad for breakfast, especially the kind you're eating. as a full meal you're just lacking protein, cook up an egg or two and eat it with your cereal.
