    Gutted!!!...Help please

    Alrite guys, some help please!!!

Im currently cutting, and I`ve lost 4 stone in the last 6 months. (plus toned up quite abit) and now Im having difficulty losing the rest of the weight. In the last week or so i`ve put on quater of a stone and I don`t know why, I`ve done nothing for this to occur. Last sunday I did a Refeed to increase the amount of Leptin in my body and it seems that it may of caused me to put on abit of weight on, but I didn`t eat anything high in fat or anything, just pasta, rice, bread and lots of protein. So im confused , I do cardio 4 times a week 45mins at a time. I do 25mins on the treadmill at a high intensity then do 20mins HIIT on the cross trainer aswel as an ho9ur on weights 3 times a week.

I maybe just be worrying about nothing but neveless it has me concerned and disheartened cuz ive put so much effort in. The only things I can guess is that the cardio isn`t enough? Or my body`s just got used to the diet?

    General day:

    Breakfast:

1/4 Cup of oats (with water)
2 eggs and 2 egg whites (scrambled)

    Snack:

    150g Of lean chicken

    Lunch:

    250g of Cauliflower and Broccholli
Fish / Chicken / Steak (lean)

    Dinner:

    Same as Lunch

    Snack:

100g of low fat Cottage Cheese
2 tblespns of Natural Peanut Butter
    Handful of unsalted cashew nuts

    I weigh 15.10st (211lbs).
Don`t know my BMI,I used the height times weight thing an gave me 27.8kg/m2
I also take 4 E.F.A tablets throughout the day aswel.

Thank you very much for any advice!!

Your refeed day looks too high in fat. Back when i was doing those i tried to keep fat under 10g, and that was from fish oil and the little bit of fat you get from the starchy carb foods.

You might be overdoing the fats, drop the whole eggs, peanut butter, cashews and stick to really lean meats, chicken breast, tuna, whey, egg whites, skim milk.

I used to have a blast with refeeds, kids' cereals, skim milk, FF Pringles, candy etc. (just watch for HFCS and Fructose use in some candies).
