I know theres a lot of other people out there who are probably very pressed for time when it comes to diet and whatnot and still manage to eat properly. I know out of weight lifting cardio and diet the worst for me is diet, but I just cannot find enough time to eat properly with summer classes going all day, school work and lab and some work here and there. I was just wondering how other people manage to eat right with lack of time to do it? and maybe if anyone has a website or something that gives some quick and easy but good for you meals.

there is a link for recipes here... But I know it's a busy time of the year, but I just make my day's meals the night before, throw it in a cooler and take it with me...yeah, it's a pain in the ass, but I really prefer it that way
