dashboard cooking

ok im on a semi cut diet like chicken and veggis . i work construction so i have no way to prepare meals on the jobsite. any suggestions i let chicken sit in a tupperware continer on the dash and it heats up pretty good since its 90+ in sc. what else could i make for lunch and what would be good to put in the tupperware with the chicken? thanks for the help!

use pyrex containers...then find a truck that has been running for a bit...turn it off...pop the hood...set it on the intake manifold for 5 minutes....take a rag and remove...it will be hot! If you don't want to invest in the pyrex just put your breast in tin foil instead...same effect.

I just eat my chicken cold if i have to. Or i'll prepare stuff that doesn't need to be hot, like tunafish sandwiches or chicken salad, caesar salad etc. Just be creative.
