    Question about diet adjustment

Hey, guys. I think I know the answer but I just wanted to make sure. Let's say that I weigh 262 pounds and I drop down to 260 pounds a week later, do I need to recalculate my total gram requirements for protein, carbohydrates, and fats?

No. You adjust your diet when it stops working or your goals change.
