The more I read, the less I know.

I swear different forums have different opinions on things.

    Case in point:

    AnabolicMinds.com Forum - Anabolicminds.com - Carbs before bed?

You basically have to try for yourself what's best. I speak from trial and error.

Before bed you want the slower digesting proteing, casein, which is found in cottage cheese or in powder form similar to whey and also some fish oil caps to help slow the protein digestion over night. Case in point, what you are eating is fine as long as you are eating enough cottage cheese (1-2 cups is a good amt.)

Sorry for the double post, but if you eat fatty things before you go to bed it is just going to store as fat... this will slightly increase your weight but even when bulking you want a clean(er) diet, just more food. Ppl think that when you bulk you are supposed to just eat everything in sight, and that will just make you fat.
