    When to stop cutting

I bulked for quite some time gained excellent muscle but definitly some fat in the stomache and hip area, I have been dieting the last few weeks, the hip fat is pretty much gone but I have about half of the belly fat left. Should I just go like regular not bulk or cut but just enough food and plenty of iron, or should I continue to cut until im almost fat free. I havent lost ANY strength but I have lost 5-7 pounds so far. I think its safe to resume regular food intake but wat do you guys think??

I'm cutting at the moment - my view is as long as your maintaining strength and losing fat then keep going to the point that you have the level of definition that YOU want. Personally I will stop either when the elusive six pack finally turns up (here's hoping!) or if I notice I'm slipping back on strength - I dont want to undone my good work over the winter.
I'm 34 - when am I officially an old fart?
