Hey,
I weigh myself every morning and my weight is moderately consistent. But every Saturday night I drink alcohol and when I weigh myself on Sunday morning I weigh quite a bit less than all the other days of the week. Does anyone know why this is? Thanks |

I bet you don't you drink water before you go to bed (prevents headaches and hangovers). |

diuretic - tending to increase the flow of urine
I just looked that word up. I had no idea what it meant. Actually, I do drink water when I come home after drinking. I use to drink a lot 'cause I'd get lots of hang-overs, but now my body is a bit more used to the alcohol and I don't have get too many hang-overs even if I don't drink water. Foodio |

Ever go flex in the mirror after you've had a few to many? Probably the best time to take pictures.

from an article on webmd.com
"Some additional tips to prevent dehydration and other heat-related illnesses include: Avoid caffeinated beverages and alcohol - these fluids dehydrate the body rather than hydrate like water and sports drinks Avoid carbonated beverages, which can cause bloating and keep people from drinking enough fluid to rehydrate...." Maybe you just aren't taking in enough water? ![]() |
