I used 16 oz skim milk, a banana, a tbs of natural peanut butter, a 1/4 cup oats.
Put it in the blender with two scoops of your favorite whey protein. Delicious! I did this post workout for a while.

3 scoops whey (10g per scoop)

ur shake looks fine for a meal replacement, u may want to add another scoop of protein, depending on how many grams your one scoop gives you. Keep that protein intake HIGH

I like lean beef(rare) on the grill, multivitamin and beer for a fast snack, 5min at home.

On the road it's different. First off I like Safeway's Select Salsa. The reason I mention this is because of the jars. I like to put in three scoops of my protein powder in them and toss them behind the seat in my truck. Add liquid from any quickie stop and shake. MMMMM protein at will.

Thanks for all the replies every one. After hearing from all you guys I think I need to add at least one more scoop of protein.
