There's a few things I can name just right off the bat. Make sure you're not consuming a lot of liquids for meal replacement all the time (doesn't seem like you are).

Eating yogurt with live culture could improve the digestive process. Also it would be a good idea to have a couple potent multivitamins every day that have a multimineral as well. Also don't drink so much water with your food that your body has a hard time processing the food.

Aside from that, let's hear what your diet is. Also note your body could be going through an initial "what the heck are you feeding me" stage. How long has it been this way?

sorry lads, i was gonna post the whole eatin plan but was on the way out to lunch. i dont have an exact plan but my usual day would work out like this

8am - bowl of oatmeal, usually with a tiny bit of honey mixed in
10:30am - 2 pieces of fruit, organes, apples, banana's etc
1:30pm - breast of turkey with salad or tuna salad
    4:30pm - 2 more pieces of fruit
7:30pm - turkey salad or tuna salad or prawn curry (i figured out a healthyish one)

Wow, I'm guesstimating 1200-1500 calories. I agree with Iain.

Possibly too much fruit. At least, that's the effect too much fruit has on me. Also, maybe not enough fiber.
