1 cup
I paid for some 100% whey protein at GNC.. It recommends that I use 1-2 scoops with 4-8 ounces of water, milk, etc.. I have no measuring tools.. So, how much is 8 ounces?? Thanks!
1 cup
Or 250 mls if you're using that measurement.
Or 16 tablespoons.![]()

Most coffee mugs are 8-12 oz, with the majority of those probably being 10 if not 12.
You should have side markings on your blender, or you can buy a cup measure for a couple bucks.

Personally, I just add enough water until it gets to the consistency/texture that makes it easy to drink.

Yep, if you use milk, expect it to be thicker than with water - in which case I often just use 2 cups milk or thereabouts.
